Clinical Trail |
| |
A clinical trail with Turmeric was
conducted in 114 patients of respiratory diseases
consisting 71 cases of bronchitis, 13 cases of bronchiectasis,
18 cases of bronchial asthma and 12 cases of tropical
eosinophilia. Drug was administered in gradually
increasing doses from 4 to 32 gm daily for a period
of 15 to 45 days. Significant improvement in signs
and relief in airway resistance was observed in
11 cases of bronchitis, 1 case of bronchiectasis,
5 cases of bronchial asthma and 6 cases of tropical
eosinophilia. |
